Replicated Century Parts.

 Many classic boats have parts missing which are very hard to locate. This steering wheel medallion is such a part. We reproduced it using the latest manufacturing processes together with traditional craftsmanship. We started out with the help of the Century Boat Club, they provided sketches of the medallion and from this we produced the 3D CAD file.  We then produced a basic 3D printed model to check that it fitted in the horn ring, It was a perfect fit. We then went on to produce twenty high quality 3D printed models which we then had metal plated, all this was done by using the  27 years of knowledge that were gained in the 3D printing industry. 

Here is one of our replicated medallions for a customer, he chose to have it in Blue to match his boat. Needless to say he is very happy with the medallion and we think it looks fabulous on his boat.
